This policy should be read with our AUP and Contract of Service.
When a conflict exists between these documents, the AUP and
Contract of Service shall take precedence over the contents of
this policy document. While this policy is distributed to staff
and clients, the company can not be held liable for any breeches
of this policy by its staff. The company will however take
reasonable steps to make sure staff follow this policy.

The terms "we" and "us" refer to AussieISP.
The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected by us, or
submitted to us at any time through any means. Personally
Identifiable Information - this information may include your name
and contact information, gender, birth date, occupation and
industry, shipping and billing information, credit card numbers
and other payment information, behaviour patterns, purchase
history and other information.
Aggregate Information We collect non-identifying and aggregate
information to better design our website and services, and share
the aggregate data with advertisers and other third parties.
Collection of Personal Information from Children under Eighteen
AussieISP
does not allow children under the age of Eighteen (18) to register
for its services.
The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself or others to
complete the transaction for which the information is intended.
Such transactions may include administering a service, such as
email, search, community, advertising sales, ecommerce, completing
an order, shipping a product, replying to support requests or
contacting you if you have granted us permission to do so. We do
not share this information with outside parties without your
permission except to the extent that is necessary to administer
the services we offer our Partners and End-Users.
From time to time, we also use the information you provide about
yourself or others to inform you of additions or improvements to
our services. We may also use personally identifiable End-User
information to provide targeted content and commerce opportunities
to End-Users based on their demographic and behavioural
information.
We may also pass your information on to other parties if we, in
our sole discretion are on the balance of probabilities of the
belief you have caused, though our service damage to anyone or
anything.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable
information provided to us online in ways or for reasons unrelated
to the ones described above.
Online Support Forum
When using the "Support" of our website to post your
questions and/or comments, you will be asked to indicate your
name, email address, and message. When posting your message, your
name, email address, and message are publicly displayed and
available to anyone who may visit those pages on which you have
posted your questions and/or comments.
Our Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and
ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place
appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures
reasonably designed to safeguard and secure the information we
collect online.
We use many methods to secure personal identification. In
addition, personnel who have access to our database are trained to
maintain and secure all information.

information, in order to protect your privacy and security, we
will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting

Email, Search, and Community Specific Terms and Conditions
We consider email transmitted via our service to be private
correspondence between the sender and recipient. Therefore, we
will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of your private
communications, except for reasons provided for in our AUP or
Contract of Service.
Content posted to public community areas is publicly available and
we reserve the right to remove any publicly posted content that we
wish to.
Advertising Sales Specific Terms and Conditions
AussieISP
works with third parties that serve ads to our network of sites.
These third parties may use the demographic and/or behavioural
data provided by Partners to deliver relevant, targeted
advertisements to the Partner Site. This demographic and
behavioural data is obtained and maintained in a manner such that
no connection can be drawn between the profiles supplied to the
third parties and the End-User's personally identifiable
information.
